Make-up News: Azealia Banks Own MAC Lipstick

Miss Azealia Banks aka Yung Rapunxel is making her mark in music as well as in fashion and now she is moving over to the make-up area. The rapper announced to fans via Twitter on Friday (Aug. 24) where she described the shade as “dark, eggplant purple”, the lipstick is called Yung Rapunxel, after the Spin cover girl‘s alter ego.

The hue is available online from September 5th and in all New York MAC stores from the 6th, the product will be available for purchase up until the 20th where it is scheduled to be discontinued. She joins other MAC girls like Nicki Minaj, Cyndi Lauper and Lady Gaga who've gotten their own limited edition lipsticks.
