Katy Perry took to the red carpet at the 2013 MTV VMAs wearing a diamond encrusted grill spelling out the title of her hit single Roar on Sunday night in Brooklyn, New York.
She spent over a $1,000 for the diamond grill and was designed by celebrity jewellery maker and rapper Paul Wall.
Well, she was absolutly the centre of attention on the red carpet.
I'm not quite sure if I'm feeling her ratchet look...
