Who wore it better: Olivia vs. Ashanti

Olivia turned heads when she entered a scene on Vh1′s Love and Hip Hop in a cut out dress.

That wasn’t the first time we spotted that dress. Earlier this year, Ashanti wore the same dress as she partied at the Yotel Hotel with Q-Tip, Vashtie and Tyson Beckford.
