Who Wore It Better: Lanre Da Silva-Ajayi vs. Tiwa Savage

Lets take the Who Wore It Better Challenge to Africa, Nigeria! Lanre Da Silva-Ajayi gave The lace jacket from LDA’s “Labour of Love” collection (which she debuted herself at the ARISE Made in Africa – Spring 2012 fashionshow in New York) a debut at the 2011 Miss Nigeria finale show held at Eko Hotel & Suites. While the Love Me, Love Me, Love me songstress Tiwa Savage wore the lace jacket at the Trace Hush Party. Who wore it better?




Simplicity was the order of the day as Lanre accessorised her outfit with diamond drop earrings paired with a ruby and emerald bracelet. She brought in more ankara elements with a Vlisco clutch and completed her look with her elegant updo and signature ruby lipstick.
Tiwa chose to wear this outfit in a different way by getting rid of the Ankara skirt and replacing it with black trousers. Tiwa gave her outfit an almost “business casual” look with simple accessories and shoulder length wavy locks.
