Rochelle Wiseman attended shows at London Fashion Week in this gorgeous rose hued makeup look. Her make-up is on point although her lace weave needs a little tweaking so that its not that obvious. Here’s how you get her make-up look:
Face:
Start with a clean moisturized face. For spring and summer, a lightweight moisturizer works great. (Check: Aveeno Positively Smooth Facial Moisturizer). Apply a face primer. A silicone free primer will keep your skin oil free and will even out the skin texture. (Check: Korres Silicone Free Face Primer). After applying foundation, dust a soft pink blush like MAC Well Dressed Blush on the apples of the cheek (if you have darker skin, try a more vivid pink like MAC Dollymix). For Rochelle’s contoured cheeks, apply a bronzing powder about a shade or two darker than your complexion on the hollows of the cheeks (Covergirl Queen Collection Brown Bronze and Ebony Bronze are two to try, but Guerlain Terracotta Bronzing Powder in Ebony is also a great non-shimmery choice). For very deep skin, focus more on highlighting the tops of the cheekbones with a champagne colored powder like Urban Decay Baked Bronzer in Gilded.
Eyes:
Start off by applying a smoothing primer all over your eyes and under. (Check: SKINN Insta Fill For Eyes). Follow with a concealer covering any dark circles. Always use a dabbing motion to apply concealer. Let it sink in and follow with translucent powder to set the concealer. Dab extra translucent powder under the eyes to catch any fall outs from the eye shadow. You can later brush off the excess powder with a fluffy brush. Sweep a matte pink shadow like MAC Yogurt on the lid with a deeper plum-brown color like MAC Quarry in the crease. “Smoke out” the outer V with a black-plum like MAC Shadowy Lady eyeshadow. To highlight the brow bone, use a matte shadow or cream concealer 1-2 shades lighter than your skin tone. Line the eyes with black eyeliner pencil and for drama, apply mascara to both the top and bottom lashes. Optionally add lashes (Red Cherry “Del” Lashes, found at beauty supply stores nationwide, are a good fit).
Cheeks:
A fresh face requires a barely there, lit from within look for your cheeks. Choose a blush that adds a natural flush of color with a hint of shimmer for the glow. If you find the right blush, a highlighter almost becomes unnecessary! A golden pink shade will look great on almost any skin tone. Sweep it across the apples of your cheeks, dust a little along the bridge of your nose and along your hairline on the forehead. (Check: Smashbox Blush Rush – Chiffon). With an angled blush brush, sweep a darker powder along the hollow of your cheeks moving towards the temple to gently contour your cheek bones. Use a matte shade. (Check: Smashbox Matte Bronzer)
Lips:
The options for lips are endless! You could go for a juicy raspberry, a warm matte pink or a nude pink lip color. (Check: Lipstick Queen Butter Ball Lipstick – Trance, Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay In Place Lipstick – Stay Pink, Smashbox Lip Tech – Nude / Peony.)
