Rosa Acosta had a Marlin Monroe moment while rocking a red halter top dress. This dress is a cute look for a day out shopping. Its going to be nice weather this week so splurge for a similar version after the jump:

This vintage 1980s bright red sleeveless collar dress is a lovely one. It has a stretchable back and a halter top with a wrap around collar. The skirt of the dress has some minor big pleating and it is a circle skirt so it flows quite nicely. The dress is in great condition and has a zipper in the back.
