Event: Fashion Night Out In Amsterdam

In Paris, London and New York Fashion's Night Out (FNO) is already the event of the year, and now, after the successful launch of VOGUE in the Netherlands, the big fashion party wil also take place in Amsterdam, on September 13th. Fashion’s Night Out is open to the masses. And it is an exciting time for the fashionista's, fashionisto's, and for those who are looking for a fun, shopping filled night on the town.

Other countries like England, America, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Russia, Mexico, Australia and Korea celebrated FNO on September 6th. China, India, Germany and Russia on September 7th, Taiwan and Japan on September 8th, Brazil on the 10 and 12 September. Portugal, Italy, Turkey and Mexico on 13 September and Greece on 20 and 25 September.

Amsterdam’s Fashion’s Night Out extravaganza, which occurs at the Bijenkorf department store and along P.C. Hoofstraat, features parties hosted by designers like Max Mara and Jimmy Choo, along with local Dutch designers like Jantaminiau. On Fashion’s Night Out, attendees can check out new sunglasses launched at Michael Kors, and new lipstick shades at Chanel. Past fun features of Amsterdam’s shopping event have included free manicures at Victoria’s Secret, and disco parties with models like Doutzen Kroes dancing in Marga Weimans’ couture collection.

Fashion’s Night Out customers get the chance to attend in-store book signings, meet designers, and schmooze with celebs all the while ogling beautiful clothes. The occasional limited-edition item and discounted merchandise are among the many perks of attending Fashion’s Night Out. This fashion store-crawl, which first occurred in New York City in 2009 as a precursor to Fashion Week, is a fun way for worldwide consumers to spend and is surely not a night to be missed.
