Hair: Rita Ora Goes For A Shorter Length

Breaking hair do alert! Rita Ora has chopped off her long blonde locks. The fashionista had cut her hair to a shorter length and seemed in serious need of a touch up as her dark roots began to massively show through. Do we like her new haircut?

Her original golden locks, which she used to wear with soft curls, are gone and she replaced them instead with a bad slicked back look. She’s also gracing the cover of the London-based RollaCoaster magazine where she talks about her new hair cut, Rihanna and Rob Kardashian.

On her debut album and heart break
This album, to me, was just about making people feel happy. I wasn’t going through any kind of heartbreak, so I didn’t want to write about that. But in this next album, I am. I think I’m going through a heartbreak right now.

On why she cut her hair
I just wanted to cut it off. I love wigs, so I was like, ‘We could just wear wigs if we wanted to do big and curly.’ I don’t mind telling people I wear wigs. It’s more about the character that you are andthe industry you’re in. You think Gaga’s hair is real?” (laughs)

On being compared to Rihanna
To tell you the truth, I don’t really care. My music’s different, we sing different, we’re from different parts of the world. We’ve seen each other lots of times and we hang out. So if people are trying to create a feud, it’s not going to work. Even if that was the case, Roc [Nation] would be like, ‘What are you guys doing? You’re part of the same family!’”

On Rob Kardashian
We’re really good friends. Right now, it wouldn’t be fair to be in a relationship. I don’t have any time, I wouldn’t even want to do that to someone.”
