We first thought Miley's new short cut was a wig for a upcoming movie roll, but she actually dyed her hair blonde and cut a couple inches off. The 19-year old has taken scissors to her locks - and really changed up her look! She looked FIERCE at the MTV VMA Awards last week. What do you think?
