Black Beauty Tips: DIY Beauty Tricks
Spice up your glow:
For a tropical, sun-kissed glow, mix a tiny pinch of turmeric into your moisturizer. There’s even an extra-added reward. Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory so it’s also a great tonic for the skin.
Make your own tinted moisturizer:
For smoother looking skin, mix a drop or two of your favorite foundation into a dollop of moisturizer.
Try this easy-to-mix exfoliant:
Add a teaspoon of olive oil to a cup of kosher salt. Mix well. Gently massage into skin. Rinse off well in tepid shower water.
Moisturize to the maximum:
Rub a few drops of olive oil into wet skin immediately after shower. Dab excess oil off with bath towel.
Quick faux glow for legs:
Create the illusion of a glowing Caribbean tan by using a large blush style brush to lightly color front and back of legs with bronzing powder.
Brighten your smile:
Make your own tooth whitening toothpaste by mixing one teaspoon of baking soda with a half capful of hydrogen peroxide. Brush teeth thoroughly to remove stains and whiten smile.
It’s easy to have a peachy complexion:
Firm and tone skin with this ultra-effective, natural astringent. Cut a fresh peach in half. Remove the pit. Rub entire face with peach half. Leave essence on skin for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.

ReplyDeleteThe list for natural beauty products is endless, most are found in nature, and if man made the more organic the better.
ReplyDeleteI don't have time to make them myself, but I still want to make smart purchase decisions,
