Hot or Not: Nicki Minaj In a decent Hervè Lèger Dress

Nicki Minaj was spotted in Vegas last night having a good time as she hosted a New Year’s Eve party at Pure Nightclub and she finally ditched her costumes. She wore a body bandage $1,350 Hervè Lèger Iman Foil bandage dress and a gold pair of Christian Louboutin pumps.

That’s a beautiful dress, I wish she could tone her wig down too. What do you think? Hot or Not?

Nicki is trying but she is not sexy. Nicki is surgically enhanced to perceive stupid ppl into the IMAGE she’s trying to SELL.
