For the promo video Beyonce wore royal inspired attire a gold embellished corset , under a gold Crinoline.  The long tunic attached to her back is called a Colobium sindonis and represents (divesting oneself of all worldly vanity and standing bare before God).  The lace layers around her neck are called a ruff, her crown is a mini  Imperial State Crown and Beyonce holds a sceptre in one hand.  The royal blue coat worn over the crinoline and corset can represent more than one coat worn in Royal coronation ceremonies!
