Fashionshow: David Paulus ‘The Nutcracker’ collection Amsterdam Fashion Week

David Paulus launched his latest collection at the Amsterdam International Fashion Week past january. He takes his inspiration from the Russian Ballet, The Nutcracker. The result? His eye-popping designs have a highly seductive quality: with loads of flair, sultry yet magical silhouettes, color-popping clutches as embellishment and loads of mixtures with taffeta and chiffon fabrics. Perhaps you aren’t familiar with  the designer David Paulus, but if you are in for creative, innovative and haute designs then you surely have to be up to date with is designs. He is born and raised in Curacao, and is one of the self-taught upcoming designers. After 5 years working and creating collections as an independent designer, David has finally find his way and vision in the fashion industry. The biggest satisfaction for David is seeing his vision come to life on the runway season after season. He calls his creations Art Couture; each collection are inspired by a certain theme, then his imagination just takes over. Check the fashionshow pictures below!
