The Sicilian inspired bustier and skirt combo ensemble is decorated with the faces of street puppets... how artistic!
I like it better on Iggy. I think its because of Iggy’s more toned body her colouring suits the outfit better. Its also the shoe choice that throws it off for Katy. What do you think? Who wore it better?
I hate to admit it, but I think Iggy is the winner here!
