Can we get a MEOW! Azealia Banks performed at the Life Ball in Vienna, Austria for the second year in a row. The crowed was filled with a-list celebs like Fergie, Bill Clinton and Elton John. The "1991" rapper must love cats THAT BAD. Yay or Nay?
