Look book: Vlisco - “A Tribute to Our Rich Heritage” “Hommage a l’art”

Vlisco‘s 2nd collection for 2013 called ‘Hommage a l’art‘. Following their ‘Jeu de Couleurs‘ Collection. In line with this year’s focus on craftsmanship, Vlisco puts its iconic designs in the spotlight with a new fabric collection that celebrates African rich design heritage.


 The textile brand has drawn from its Indonesian batik heritage and inspiration form hand-drawn abstract designs to portray this collections designs. The collection‘s calm colour palette was inspired by a pile of fabrics found in Vlisco’s archives. The line of scarves also pay tribute to Vlisco’s famous figures
