Style Spotters:VMAs Red Carpet 2013

When it comes to fashion, stars are notorious for holding nothing back at MTV's Video Music Awards. Hollywood's hottest stormed Brooklyn, N.Y. for this years MTV VMAs. From 90ties wear to crazy hair!
