Healthy Hair Smoothie
- 1 cup sprouts (i.e. alfalfa)
- 1 cabbage leaf or 2 Brussels sprouts
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 (medium) carrot
- 2 slices red onion
- 1 medium beet & beet greens
- 1/2-1 clove garlic (optional)
To sweeten this bland mixture try adding watermelon and/or apples.
