She is following the footsteps of 29-year-old Katy Perry who also dyed her locks green and debuted her look on instagram. Who ROCKS the green locks best?

Kylie Jenner debuted her bright green 'do in april. Katy did it a few weeks earlier and she revealed to E! News, “I’ve wanted to go slime green for a long time. It’s spring time and I think it’s time to freshen up my look.”
