Just what we needed, Sunny Rose took us in a time machine back to the 70s; it was a tribal-bohemian party, making our decision based on the showcase of hippie behavior through the hipster trousers, exaggerated belt buckles, boyfriend blazers, minis/midis/maxis and gypsy-esque jumpsuit. A pretty narrative assemblage as it embodied tribal tribute with western influences paying attention to structure and texture & the occasionally appearing fringing [neckline inclusive].
As if in a magician’s box, Sunny Rose [still in the picture-esque state of mind] suddenly transformed the care-free bohemian collection into a prim, cocktail-set collective. Working with tones of cream and bronze, focusing on body form and neckline the concluding part of the collection clearly stated what a versatile collection the Sunny Rose S/S 2012 is set out to be.
