Style Inspiration: Celebs out & about on NY

Let’s see what our fave celebs wore on the 1st day of 2012. Lets start with Wiz Khalifah and Amber Rose. They partied it up in Nightclub Surrender. Big fan of Amber Rose but way too much makeup.



Amber Rose also got together with the fam, posing for a picture with her mother, which I hope was not at Surrender Nightclub (although it probably was), as Mama Rose seems a little too – ahem, mature for the club scene.


Model Jasmine Tookes opted for a simple LBD, kept jewelry to a minimum, and added a New Year’s tiara to complete her festive look.


While fellow model Anais Mali showed off a very feminine leopard print mani for the occasion.


Leona Lewis was spotted at the HYDE Bellagio in a souped up prom dress. Makeup looks great, but the hair would have been better if worn up.


I love Kim’s dress, the bangs and eyelashes are excessive though…She would have looked amazing in her sleek bun with it all pulled off her face! Kris Jenner looks amazing, what a great fitted/feminine tux! I have always seen that Kim looks just like her Mom, but it’s really apparent in this picture. They could almost be twins?!? Guess stress is aging Kim.


I can only guess that Nicky was in a rush putting her hair together, like always.


Rihanna and her bestie Melissa went to Diddy’s party. Red lips were a perfect choice and I love that she wore her hair up but would have loved to see something more sleek and polished.


Then party girl Kim Porter posed with Nene Leakes. I like Kim’s dress (she certainly has the body for it) and her hair and makeup are on point—but uh, what’s up with the bright yellow polish? I like NeNe but I am so over the blonde crop top hairstyle on her.


Mariah Carey, Nick Cannon, and the twins bought out the entire white section of White House Black Market.


Adrienne Bailon had “too much fun” at Diddy‘s star-studded party, with reality stars EmilyB and Teairra Mari in town.


Diggy Simmons hit the stage at 106th and Park looking very cute.


Vashtie Kola tried a more relaxed all-black look for the New Year, adding a little contrast with a white feather New Year’s tiara.


And finally Angela Simmons rang in the New Year with a helping of tulle and sparkle.
