Health: Angela Simmons Fitness Routine


Angela Simmons has been putting in work in the gym and showing off amazing results. She gives us a peek into her workout routine. Check the video and read what her personal trainer Mike T had to say about Angela's workout after the jump:




 “Angela Simmons workouts vary from cardio, intense weight training, and Dynamic Training (combination of unique movements). Our objectives have changed throughout the years but are always definitive. Depending on what look we are trying to accomplish, we perform many different exercises to sculpt, tone, and even build at times. However, every meeting, we target a specific area to be the primary focus for the training session, as well as a secondary area to focus on.

 Many people have taken a particular interest in Angela’s nicely shaped derriere. A lot of questions are often asked about the different types of exercises she does to maintain such great “assets.” Along with having great genes from her parents, Angela does a rigorous squat and leg press routine. Her routine consists of as many as 9 sets with weights ranging from 30 to 225 pounds. 

 Angela also wears a band across her stomach during training. It’s known as a slimmer belt and is used in conjunction with her hardcore abs regimen to keep her body bikini-ready. In addition to weight training and cardio, Angela also participates in yoga, spin and dance classes and routinely does stair and park runs. 

Overall, Angela is one of the most active people I’ve ever worked with. She’s dedicated to a healthy lifestyle, which is why she’s been able to achieve the body she has today.”
