The most frequent question from models has been “What do I wear to casting call or go-sees?” This seems to panic every model before going to one. The world of modeling and fashion is extremely difficult to break into and with all the fashionweek castings coming up, you really got to have everything that agents and designers are looking for. The best way to stand out is to not only be yourself, but also unique in every way.

SKIN
- The best way to go for an audition is too look as natural and radiant as possible. That means NO heavy eye shadow and definitely do not cake-on your foundation.
- A bit of mascara, blush, and a natural shade of lip gloss are about as natural as you can get
- If you have dry or oily skin, use moisturizer and makeup that will not add to your condition.
HAIR
- Wear your hair down! If you have naturally straight or naturally curly hair, leave it the way it is, just make sure there is no frizz.
OUTFIT
- Your clothes should be simple and clean.
- Make sure everything you have on is form-fitting and compliments your body shape.
- Feel free to wear any color that isn't too bold. We still recommand the color BLACK!
- Do not show too much skin or too much chest.
- Black stilettos should be your shoe of choice.
The complete package should be wearing a pair of dark denim jeans, fitted or skinny, a simple tank top and black stilettos will give you more height as well as accentuate your legs. Don't forget to put on a natural look and a nice smile to make yourself shine!
Yes great tips love it!
ReplyDeleteUsually if it is a casting call, the agency should tell you what to wear. It's different in every agency
