Our trip ended at the airport of Rabat and we had jointly celebrated the opening of the first flight from Rabath to Amsterdam provided by Corendon Airlines and ML Tours. The flights would help to boost culture tourism in Morocco. Morocco is making the most of its status as a 'Secure' tourist destination. Morocco’s tourism has been speaking with different Airways about organizing routes. Plus, they said direct flights to and from China should become a reality in 2015. Meanwhile, more than 10.5 million tourists visited Morocco last year – up 7 percent since 2012, according to AFP. When are you going to pay a visit?

While being there, the city welcomed the first signs of Spring with slightly warmer temps, I’ve been chilling and enjoying the Sunshine in Morocco!

I never witnessed a party at a international airport but while we jointly celebrated the first flight we enjoyed delicious sweets and drinks and we were surprised with an entertaining treat when the airport employees danced alongside the Dakka’Kwa’an dancers.

We had the chance to shake hands with representatives of the Moroccan National Tourist Office, the director of Rabat–Salé International Airport and the Dutch Embassy.

I definitley recommend Morocco as a holiday destination. Nature is never far away in Morocco. Desert, mountains, valleys and sea - the country has plenty to offer fans of the outdoors!
