Kelly Rowland and Lala's BFF Workout

Kelly Rowland and her best friend Lala Vazquez were featured in the Shape magazine, giving step-by-step instructions on their effective “BFF Workout.”
With the help of Lala and Kelly, Los Angeles Trainer Becky Tinney shares her most effective exercises to do with a friend.

Kelly and Lala show readers how to do a Seesaw Press, Piggyback Curl, Tabletop Dip, Hot Potato, Side Plank Row, and V-Sit Pass. The full-body exercise works your shoulders, butt, legs, biceps, triceps, core, chest, back and abs.

"Anytime you can do a photo shoot with your bestfriend, its going to be fun," Lala wrote on her website, IAmLaLa.com. "It's cool to know you can do so many different exercises with a friend. Working out together makes it easier."

We all know exercising with a friend is easier than being alone. It makes the time go faster and allows you to catch up while doing other things than pigging out.
