Noelle C. is a designer/wardrobe stylist for FineTuned Threads based in Northern California. FineTuned is a sister line of Faedrah Clothing Co. Est 2009. FineTuned Threads have been spotted on artists like Bobby Bunny, Iggy Azalea, Stacy Reign and Rasheeda of VH1 Love and Hip Hop Atlanta.
