It seems like everybody is getting pregnant and popping out babies these days! Being fashionable and beautiful during pregnancy is important (have you taken a look at Kim Kardashian, Kate Middleton, Beyonce, Fergie while pregnant?). For some pregnant women, wearing high heels during pregnancy is a fashion statement.
